Camp Terms and Conditions

  • Payments will be returned if a camp has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
  • No Limits Kids Ltd or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the camp.
  • No Limits Kids Ltd reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at booking@nolimitskids.co.uk.
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to camp if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the camp.
  • We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances
  • We ask that children attending camp have been toilet-trained. If a child is still in nappies, he / she / they are unsuitable for camp activities and No Limits Kids asks that the child is not booked onto camp.
  • If there are any sessions cancelled due to typical bad weather, No Limits Kids Ltd will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
  • No Limits Kids camp finishes at 3:30pm or 5pm for Late Pick Up, if you are delayed for any reason please telephone No Limits Kids to let us know. A late payment fee of £5 per 15 minutes will be charged if you collect your child after their booked collection time.
